I heard it over and over again- from teachers, mentors, even friends, and for a long time, I wore it like a compliment. But deep down, it left me confused. What do you do with "potential" when you don't know where to go with it?
The truth is, I spent years trying to live up to the version of me everyone else seemed to see- all while quietly second-guessing myself. I wasn't lazy. I was overwhelmed. Driven, but directionless. Capable, but stuck.
Coaching changed everything.
It gave me more than tools- it gave me ownership. Space to ask real questions. Support to unlearn old patterns. Permission to define success on my own terms.
Now I do the same for others- individuals navigating life shifts, leaders craving clarity, teams who know they could work better together if they had the space to grow.
